The convenience of being located right on the Boardwalk was a major plus. It made attending the Rascal Flatts concert at Boardwalk Hall a breeze. Plus, it allowed us to easily explore the vibrant atmosphere of the area.
The customer service at the front desk was lacking and made us feel unwelcome.

The proximity to the venue was convenient, especially for the Easter event we attended. We appreciated the price, which didn't break the bank. Plus, it was quite close to the boardwalk.
The front desk staff was referred to as "unhelpful, unfriendly, and unaccommodating" in a glaring review. We were not pleased with the quality of service.

Convenient location next to Boardwalk Hall for the Rascal Flatts concert. Reasonable price for the stay. I had a satisfying experience at the hotel.

We loved the hotel's convenient location on the boardwalk, making it easy for us to attend the Rascal Flatts concert at Boardwalk Hall. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the price we paid for our stay was very reasonable.
